Return Policy Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of the receipt of your item for return approval (this is to prevent customers from ordering items for a special occasion and then returning their item for a refund after they have used it). You must ship the item within 3 days of receipt of package. Item must be sent back via Priority Mail with Insurance and must be returned in original condition for us to accept your item back for a refund. We'll then refund the cost of your order minus shipping, insurance charges and minus 3% for credit card transaction fees where appropriate. No refund will be given if you do not follow the procedure above. In addition, all returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
